As soon as you confirm your order, you will be taken to PayPal's own secure site where you can complete your purchase. Thru Design does not see your credit card details at any time. Because of limitations in the shopping cart software, Thru Design cannot guarantee that the item will be available at check-out. Items are purchased on a first come first serve basis. An e-mail will be sent to you from PayPAL, with-in 24 hours, stating that you have been given a full refund if the item is not available. Please feel free to purchase something else or request the Item that you want by using the e-mail address beside the item in the products section. Products made are guaranteed. If product is damaged due to shipping or has a defect, return to Thru Design with-in 10 days for refund.Shipping charges will be left up to customer on all returned merchandise. Shipping and Handling Thru Design charges a flat rate of $5.25 CDN for shipping and handling in Canada and United States. Please allow 3 to 10 days for shipping.
